I am pleased you liked my video.I had a similar comment from another Assyrian and I saw on the Internet that your people are now spread all over the world.Its a pity you cant set up a homeland again but as you say so many different races are living there and the region is in such turmoil.

birdman143 that was a nice video, I am also an Assyrian without a homeland, our empire dates back to 7000 B.C. and people dont recognize us. And nowadays people like Arabs, Kurds, Turkman, Muslims, they claim that Assyria is theirs

I'm so sad to see what looters did to the Irak museum, and I am happy to see that in Spain they have such respect for these treasures, because I am a true believer that all of them belong to us, to the people of the world, since that was the cradle of our civilization...!

thanks for replying back. true that i should be proud of my ancestors but, thanks to islam (arabs,turks and kurds) when the british occupied iraq they promised us to give our country back to us but that promised was never fullfiled, sad to see this happeneing when we were the best allies to the british,americans and the russians during WWI and WWII.I hope USA and allies pressure the new iraqi government and the kurds to allow the assyrians to establish their self ruled region in mosul Nineveh .
