Better PC Fan Hovercraft

the materials are good but you might want to make a controll wheel that way you can move it with out it hovering it self, its a really good idea.

Well you can get the fans from any computer supply store. But its hard to find the ones i used. There were possably the best fans to use for doing this. They are called tornado fans. They are the most powerfull pc fans. You will probally have to order them. I ended up spending $50 on the fans. each one $25. You can probally find them cheaper by shopping around. If you have a surpuls store that sells random things you can search for somthing that is lite but strong.

that is what i was thinking of making except with batterys on the hover craft and making somthing to turn it by remote control but i dont have any spare computer fans so can u tell me where i cant get them and for how much and when i make mine ill tell u what the video is called

we used a thick clear vinal cover. It was a old map holder.

i used a digital veriable power supply. It gave me the ability to change the voltage and current from between 0-40 volts and 0-5 watts. I had to chop off the end crimping on the wires and then stripped down the ends and attaced the power supply

well the reason i didnt use batteries is because i used compressed air to controll it and fire the rockets i figured what is 2 small wires

if those are 12v fans,then you could try using 2 aaa or aa batteries and 1 9v in series with each fan if the hovercraft can take the weight.
