    Yes the design had shells bouncing off the frame when the germans first confronted it. I'm not a tank historian but what's true is true - these comparisons to me are ridiculous, a western oriented myopia. I think it bears thinking in terms of what we have currently: Kosovo, nato expansion, missile "defense" in Poland. Other countries - namely Russia in this blog - have their "national interests" too, don't they.
