Just finished a 1.6 8v conversion from a 1993 tracker into this 1988 samurai. Has a Doug Thorley header, high flow cat, resonator, and thrush welded seam muffler. Exhaust is completely welded 2.25" which I fabbed and the 1.6 is using the EFI with a inline pump from trail tough. Wiring harness conversion by Sean from aftermarket4x4. Has an electric fan on the stock sammy radiator and includes the power steering donated from the tracker.
