  • Yes it can be done ...

    Yes it can be done in Elements 7, but not all the tools I used are the same. For example Elements doesn't have warp, so use Transform - Distort instead.

    Liquify on Elements doesn't have the option to view other layers, so it's a bit more hit & miss, but still possible to do.
