Coca Cola Christmas I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing Add

This is just damn beautiful.

There's the "summer" version of I'd like to teach the world to sing" commercial, which I also like a lot. But this one is my favorite because I've always associated Coca Cola with the Christmas holidays! It's a true classic. They should keep showing it on TV.

Coca - cola is the second most evil company on the face of the planet. (second ofcourse, to McDonalds).

Well, that could be....I just know that the original "I'd like to buy the world a coke" commercial aired in 1971....you could be right; maybe a "Christmas version" did first appear in 1977.

I thought the original version without the Xmas theme came out in 1971. The Christmas one came out in '77.

Actually, this commercial orginally aired in 1971...however, there have been times over the years where Coke has brought the commerical back due to its enduring popularity/sentimentality.

This came out in 1977 I remember it when I was a kid. This makes me shed tears, man! I love the 70s!!!

I think Coca Cola advertising is always at it's best when they're going for the "warm and fuzzy" feel. I really look forward to ads like these.

I never thought there would come a time that a commercial would get my eyes misty and say those were the days...when the world was less cruel. Really brings back the memories..and hopes that in our lifetime, we'll again experience relative peace before we cross over to the other 'side'.

wow..it seems like yesterday..and yes, it brought me many tears too. I didnt realize i was that old, but i guess i am... I'm still crying...
