i have a not so much cheat on naruto accel 2 (i still think it works on one)though..... press L2 (or any L's when you are choosing the player . for example: Naruto when you point to him then press L2 i think or all L's and it will switch into kyuubi..... i tried this in naruto shippuden accel 2 so i dont know if it will work here....

I have a couple TS Naruto ones already, and I state in my channel that I don't take requests. I don't up the CPU's handicap/health becuase sometimes its AI is incredibly aggressive and nearly kills me, which is incredibly frustrating.

(and yes you should "up" the cpu's HP if you can kill them that fast.
