no, it was a demon that shippo looks like, used in an OAV. It like, took over people by entering the head.

No, it is not shippo at 1:20 it is a demon that goes into person, and the only way to get him out is to hit the person he has taken over on the head. But I am sure Takahashi designed Shippo's shape shift to look like that character. She had a tendency to use things over in different series.
