This is video of my first solo flight on 5/19/08 in the IndUS Aviation Thorpedo, or Thorp T211. This is such a great trainer. Soloed in 11.8 hours at Cushing Field - www.sportpilotchicago.com and having a blast --- Shane

    really great video! the touch and go's were very good. Congratulations on your first solo flight i still have 2 more years untill i can solo but i am currently been taking flight lessons. The T211 is a great plane they have one at my flight school but i havent gotten the chance to fly in it yet

    Cool to hear of others flying the T211. Such a fine airplane. I flew with the canopy open yesterday for the 1st time. What a rush (of air)! Nice view without any glass to look through also.

    Ditto the comment of ALVANLEY from another T-211 flyer who also flys from Liverpool, England. Great to see what the T-211 looks like in the air, from the ground. Hard to tell when flying one yourself! Great landings by the way.
