ok, search in google and maybe you find a store in youre country, i can't help you any further, because i live in Holland. but you must put you're playstation there and pick it up the next day, i got 1 year warrenty at the store. and yes, it isss illegal, that's true

thanks is it illegal to get this done and can i just walk into a store and get it done for a price i dont mind paying a bit extra as long as its a good job done because theres so many games i still havent played

im in liverpool england is there a official shop i can get this done because i wouldnt feel to comftable sending my playstation 2 away to some random store on the internet.

you can som1 else do it, there are stores who do this stuff, it's only a bit pricey if you let it do by a proffesional, but it works fantastic

hey the only reason one wuod need a modchip or swap magic is because once you insert the cd the lasr notice its not ps2 and it goes back down right?plus theres smthng about a ps2 dvd dat all dvds dnt hve,i wonder if there was a way to copy it?

Whatever you do don't buy from this store! They might have successfully modded this one, but the one I got from them is only half modded(it won't play PS1 discs.), came with a heavily damaged controller, and a European power cord... It's been 2 days since I emailed them for help, and they've yet to email me back.
Needless to say, I'm a very unhappy customer. They should have tested it fully before sending it off to me from China... I guess I'm stuck with what I have. NEVER shop from these guys!
