Um no, not all of Apocalyptica songs are Metallica covers. They have covered other bands as well.
Copyright law states that they have to get permission to cover the song, and then they have to pay a percentage of what they earn from it to the original artists of the songs.
This particular version you watched is over 10 years old and from their first album. They have come out with 4 more since then.

whoa, metallica is a band. the band these guys rip off. All Apocalyptica songs are Metallica covers, a lot of bands feature apocalyptica, like Amon Amarth. look up the song Live for the Kill.
