well... to be fair... the concept of "reincarnation" isn't scientific in nature... for all we know there is nothing that says there can't be an afterlife. Because we can't put the concept into the language of science. To say there is an afterlife or otherwise is bound to be fruitless.

To me, that movie was more of a torture flick full of anti sematic referance that a movie about something writen down in a 2000 year old book which no dout is distorted in some way. 4 example, Holy Grail may be actually be Holy Blood since the latin words are exactly the same other than the placement of the g.
