yes, Madhuri is the best. And about Sridevi it is not only make up, she did plastic surgeries for her look. She was very different before the surgeries. Sometimes you have to put up make up for the film according to the plan of the director, make up man etc. But surgery is something quite different, it is taking artificiality for your own self. As Madhuri says "belive in yourself"; plastic surgery means there is something seriously wrong in his/her own self.
