It's not up to the newtworks.
The rights belong to the NFL after the origianl broadcast.
It's the Networks who pay the nFL to be able to broadcat the games.
I know that they packaged all four of the Steelers origianl Network telecast '05 playoff games with the local radio brodcast overdubbed.
NFL Network re airs many of the origianl SBs, you just have to be redy to record them.
Sometimes Ebay will ave taped bootlegs tranfered to dvd.

I agree kendre! Also, it's kinda disturbing to see how the country was so pumped up for the 1980 Olympics! What a shame...

i dont know why the networks dont sell the live versions of the superbowls on dvd..they will make a lot of money
