Maybe it helps to explain post below...when referring to human degradation as depicted by Al Jarreau and Dostoyevsky, mention it only because it probably would have influenced me were I a musician. Unlike heavily negative rap music, it was juxtaposed amongst gospel songs. So like Dostoyevsky, it seemed to provide a glimpse of human natures down side but in a good context. Posting all this due to agreeing with Mongrel's political message (what little I've just learned today). Cheers.

Just viewed the video and it's good. If I were younger would really be into this. As it is, I'm 44. Saw Al Jarreau and David Sanborn in London Wembley Arena way back in 1984. Al Jarreau's 1970's song 'You Don't See Me' a foreshadowing of rap? The best version of it is on his gospel/jazz album 'Look to the Rainbow'. Similar to Dostoyevsky's 'The Underground Man'; depicts human degradation (even though I can barely understand 'The Underground Man'). Anyhow, thanks! Best to Mongrel.

I'm old, so never heard of these guys. But just read they're planning their second album to be recorded with Venezuela President Hugo Chavez. I have video on my faves of Sean Penn defending Chavez for any that might be interested.
