    She wants my arms to look like his, & WOW!, his ARMS & BICEPS (just) BUGLE, doing those curls!
    I'm jealous of him impressing her, with his BEAUTIFULLY peaked, cut ARMS! WOW!, he's got muscles, & BEAUTIFUL ARMS on him!!

    K thanks, umm i was also wondering what should i do about my left bicep being a bit smaller then my right bicep? I assume this is normal since my right arm is dominant and it gets more daily usage.

  • 10 -12 reps as 1 ...

    10 -12 reps as 1 set then rest
    if you can do 30 curls with a 10lb weight you should try doing less reps and a heavier weight if you want to build a little muscle. try bumping up to a 12 or 15 and see how man you can do. try to get to a place where 12 reps is almost the max you can do with that weight then do that 3 times with a rest in between to start.

    i have a question what would 3 sets of 10 to 12 repititons look like, would it be like lifting the weight 30 times. Also should i takes breaks?, cause i lift 10 IB and do 30 curls at once

    im getting slim....from 106kg then turn now im 80kg...
    my probs is the skin is getting flamming....
    not tight and firm...cos im only cntrol my appetite n 0 excercises...
    same as my but...now its really flatten....
    and im from malaysia!!!!
