    The LEGO PackBot I saw also on youtube has the same chatter. However, if the chatter is just a little non-destructive gearslip between the rubber treads and the plastic wheels at maximum operation load, then maybe that's ok and is an engineered self limit. I'm pretty sure that's what it is, not gearbox chatter.
