This is one of the latest Intel Processor
Intel has 3 types of processors, which are:
1. Intel Core 2 Duo
2. Intel Core 2 Quad
3. Intel Core 2 Extreme

Intel Core 2 Quad means doing 4 task simultaneously such as streaming high definition videos from PC to TV, rendering graphic/video, scanning for virus and downloading files. In short, it is capable of doing multitasking of 4 applications! Much better compare to Intel Core 2 Duo.
