Frank Zane Tribute

Zane still looks incredible. Sergio looks like Fred Sanford from Sanford & Son. Arnold has trimmed down to around 200 lbs which is better your health. When I met Zane he indicated that even with steriods he had to take 150 liver tablets and 300 grams of protein to make gains. As for Yates, I doubt if he will live that long and the only 6 pack he has is probably Miller-Lite. lol.

great job zane, for keeping a great body even at age 64 and not becoming like Arnold LOL, wtf happened to arnold? common you don't stop bodybuilding just because you don't compete, he got too busy with movies and governing? lol

The real question is how will Yates look when he is Zane's age, that is if he lives that long due to ROID abuse. Have you seen recent pics of Zane? He still looks incredible. He is what healthy bodybuilding is all about.

yates is a big boy and deserves respect as much as any other body builder after all he has spent the same amount of time in the gym as the rest of them but his body isnt a good looking body his stomach is huge relaxed he must measure somewhere in the 40 inch range which isnt exactly apealing

are you seriouse? you cant tell that yates has a bloated gut im not denying his abs ya he has them but they are being pushed father out than his ribcage is by his roid gut (i have nothing against roids if they are used properly)

Why don't you take a look at the latest flex magazine and admire Yates' 6 pack abs.They don't look to bloated to me.Zane would stand zero chance against Yates.Yates has far superior genetics.

Hahahha I have 29 inch thighs..zanes were only about 26 inches LOL. yates had 32 inch thighs.If yates stood in front of Zane you wouldn't even see him.Yates rules.

i hope so but i doubt it well be winning the big O it seems like judges are only interested in big guts

zane had fantastic legs if you stood beside him his legs would have dwarfed yours just because they arent as big as yates doesnt mean they have no quality they were very good looking whereas yates is just big and gross

Zane was the Reeves of his time. He went for shape, proportion, symmetry and did not indiscriminately packon mass. He said he had to stop squats because his thighs over 28 inches and he had to reduce them!

I agree. Zane, Makkawwy, and Padilla were very inspirational. The pros today are not. Todays pros all look alike and have huge thick waists and mid-sections.

he was a work of ART...and that was back in the day when people had an APPRECIATION for it..now they just DO NOT...he had that QUALITY..that POLISH..that REFINED LOOK..people nowadays just do not have the TASTE LEVEL..they are living to see HDH bellies and men who look like DRAY HORSES...
