it means that, that achievement is blocked during the duration of the cheat

the only cheats i recommend using is the motorbike, motorboat and the car cheats. everything else fuks with ur game dont use health, armor, guns, wanted levels, and the helicopter. sometimes i hate failing missions so the best cheat i know is save a lot!! and reload save if you fail missions, or die, or get arrested. im in the beginning part of the game and the hospital fee is 2000 dollars so i keep restarting.
