The age difference between these kids in the ad seems to be 2 years. But the age diff between shahid(born in 1981) and ayesha(born in 1986) is 5 years. So this boy is definitely not shahid. And mannerisms do change with age.

'Tis them alright! Ayesha is obvious. For d boy, don't look at face look at d mannerisms. At 3 different times in d ad, he is shahid.
