    Thanks I made this and it was Fantastic, I also made the Kung pao chicken and it was just as good for your info when you get the brown bits from the bottom of the pan with a liquid it is called de glazing the pan Thx

    Hi !

    I have a suggestion. Instead of using a colour viewers in India should add paste of Byadagi Mirchi. For this soak the Byadagi Mirchi in water for 3 hrs and grind it to a paste. This Mirch is dark red in colour but NOT hot. These are grown in the Karnataka state of India.
