The Kalka-Shimla Railway is a 2ft 6in (762mm) narrow gauge railway in North-West India. The rail route has 107 tunnels. The toy trains cross the longest tunnel at Barog in three minutes. It is said that this railway line was first drawn in November 1847, almost 50 years before it was actually constructed.
