Great clip, but I'm afraid that song didn't work for me, despite it's relevance to the subject matter. I would have preferred the original soundtracks or something eerily evocative instead.

Love the clips but you did leave out Ingrid Pitt and Barbara Shelley. Add them on as well as the chick that played the reptile woman in Reptile and it's a perfect video.

actually, a very good video, on repeated viewings. more fun to watch than those lousy star wars sequels. THEY could have used hammer women cameos. but, once lucas got mega-rich he ran out of ideas. and, lucas didn't even give chris lee a good send-off in the last star wars. (linda hayden was underage? in non-hammer BLOOD ON SATAN'S CLAW nude scene).

nice edit. actual pros never bothered with clips (because of legal rites?) ingrid pitt certainly has the biggest butt of all hammer women (and fake boobs?). all the "respectable" , and stupid, critics like andrew sarris and pauline kael, who didn't even bother reviewing hammer movies; loved jean luc godard instead. decades later--screw godard; his movies stink.

Telecaster1963 is correct in every detail, but at six feet tall Valerie Leon was the most statuesque & imposing beauty to ever grace British cinema. She is probably most famous for appearing in a series of advertisements on UKTV for "Hi Karate" after shave lotion. I agree deadandstilldying606, Ingrid Pitt was the numero uno of Hammers sexy scream queens, & any survey of their leading ladies that leaves her out is unforgivable.

Ingrid was the greatest..Madeleine Smith and Yutte Stensgaard also..but yeah to leave Ingrid out was just plain stupid..

The clip is from "Blood from the Mummy's Tomb". Valerie Leon (12, november 1945) is the star in a double role ( margaret Fuchs/Queen Tera). In this movie, she wears a long dark brown wig, wich she hated.

IMO Veronica Carlson is without doubt the sexiest most beautiful actress ever to appear in a Hammer Horror film. Look at her standing there at 1.47 and getting out of bed at 3.25-3.30. Although Yvonne Monlaur lying in bed at 1.07 in the brides of dracula (i think) is a close second.

I have a problem with this video of the girls of Hammer horror compiled by crankenstyne, who has omitted any clips of two of the sexiest beauties on their books, i.e. Ingrid Pitt & Yutte Stensgaard. Yvonne Romain, Valerie Leon & Madeleine Smith are there, & ravishing beauties they were, but to leave out Ingrid & Yutte is just not on.
