That last clip is from the OVA called Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans. It's really just clips from this old DBZ videogame for the Sega Saturn(IIRC) thrown together into a special. It was and probably will never be released in America. There are fansubs of it online so check them out if you're interested. It's not great though.

The song is called The Diary of Jane played by rock band Breaking Benjamin. It can be found on their Phobia album.

    This was really old when I use to use standard .wmv. Yes now I do use the xvid codec with an avi container, 640x480 for fullscreen animes and 848x480 for widescreen. And an h264 mp4 is the best quality codec/container but it never runs properly on Youtube so just letting you know not to use that on Youtube.
