By stephanieannedgaf [Affiliate User] 1210945994 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveRead the comment and answer below for a starter. You are not alone. :-)
Cardio is important for the heart, lungs, and blood vessels... not the abs... but it certainly helps.
My next book is "STAMINA" and should be available within the next couple of months. Keep checking out my website.
STAND FIRM!!
You should do cardio for ALL of the benefits of cardio... not just fat loss, but it will certainly help.
The first place you store fat tends to be the last place it comes off... which is the lower abs for most people. :-(
Hang in there!!! :-)
am 16 av been workin out for 4 months now got a 4 pack but the lower abs aint showing its annoying me so much :|..am skinny because i hav a fast metabolism my body type is ectomorph i take protein shakes.should i still do cardio even though am skinny? some1 please help me its bugging me soooo much...
By JMNUMBER01 [Affiliate User] 1210926164 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveHi, I have been doing crunches and bicycle crunches for the past 2-3 weeks..I have seen some improvment in my top 4 abs..they are visible but My lower 2 abs are still not visible. I mean, I am not overweight and I watch my diet but its like a 1-2 inch of flab..I was wounder do I need to do cardio for my lower abs to get rid of that little inch or will my abs just grow into it as they get bigger? or will the fat stay with it if I do not do cardio

By calen23 [Affiliate User] 1210605376 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveWhen you do the leg raises, is it supposed to hurt? Because I did around 30 reps, and it still didn't start hurting or aching. Also, does bicycle crunches and russian twist help lower abs?
By joshieboy93 [Affiliate User] 1210456461 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveHa ha, I`ve done that special clearing, and I can see the result :) no unwarrantable assumption, just a fact :) actually this way was taken from authentic ayurveda school (non-traditional indian medicine has got 6000 years of practise) Just believe me :)
By mykhalska [Affiliate User] 1210438385 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveYou may be right, but I really try not to think about it. :-)
By StandFirm [Affiliate User] 1210415060 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveVery convincing example how to train the abs, thank you :) but anyway you must admit that in most cases unattractive belly is caused by slagging bowels. Before going to the gym, one should make visit to the doctor and work upon internal organs disfunction (even the smallest disfunction may turn into `fat`). I bet clearing the bowels will remove more than half of excess belly. Than it worth to go to the gym and make your body perfect.
By mykhalska [Affiliate User] 1210414690 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveSTAMINA is as important as STRENGTH. Actually, they are each important enough to justify their own book. So are STRETCHING and SUSTENANCE.
There is way to much to discuss here. Please check out my website (click on link) and let me know if you have any very specific questions. :-)

dang dude i owe you
im nateraly cut all over my abbs and since i started working out for like 2 weeks
iv'e become rele ripped
great video
That's great news.
Remember... tapping the toes doesn't make you feel it in your abs more, but it makes you feel it in your lower back LESS! :-) Then, if you don't hurt your back, you don't need to take 2 weeks off for rest and recovery.
To feel it even more, perform the movement VERY correctly. Here's how:
Totally PAUSE at the top of the motion. In other words, lift and PAUSE!!! Then... SUPER SLOWLY lower back down. Take AT LEAST 5 seconds down. SUPER SLOW!!!! SUPER!!!!
Let me know!
He is dead on about tapping the toes......I have been doing this exercise for about a month now and have seen some definition in my lower abs. If done "corrrectly" you can feel the burn in your lower abs.
By henpike [Affiliate User] 1209968171 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveRock On!! :-)
