Photoshop CS3 Tutorial: Advanced Selecting Hair

I have been looking for months on an easy to follow way to remove backrounds and you are the best. Plus very easy to follow. I will not have to bang my head on my desk anymore. I have been using green screen backround, and have had the worst time removing it.

But that edge is still very messy. I don't think there's any way of doing it really professionally on an image like that.. but this is the closest i've seen.
