No,there is plenty of evidence. If you videotape yourself murduring someone you would be convicted of man slaughter. Hes videotaped the speedometer going well over twenty past the limit(going twenty over makes it a federal crime). Plus this isnt the only video. Some others were on the news where his friend videotaped both of them and their faces, plus he broke into Bondurant (a famous racing program/school)

What most of you are ignoring is the fact that at 219MPH, you're traveling over 300 ft a second (thats an entire football field every second). He would have well less than a second at that speed to react and slow down to avoid a collision. He even F**king commented how he didn't see cars he was coming up on. This guy is a total F**king asshole and NEEDS to be taken off the road before he kills an innocent person.

If you have ever driven an exotic car such as a Lambo, Ferrari or a Lotus then you don't need to be told how stable those cars are at those speeds...now the idiots in thier honda's and ford tempo's out there driving 90 at sundown are the idiots.

This guy will be prosecuted no matter what. In AZ they have no problem hitting you with charges that may or may not stick. The more publicity this vid gets the more likely our court system will make an example of him. Besides, if you've gotta fork out $5K-$10K for a criminal attorney you still lo$e even if your case is won in court.

That exotic car is probably more stable at 219mph than a Chevy Cavalier is at 80mph. Consider all the drivers with poorly maintained cars on clapped-out tires, and then add in all the intoxicated drivers, and then all the drivers with suspended license & no insurance.... Is some yuppie playing in his exotic car really that big of a deal?
I bet that his car has good tires, he's got insurance, and that he's likely not drunk when he decided to test his machine.
