This is the first test of my RGB LED Matrix controlled by an Arduino through 2 x 74HC595N shift registers. One is controlling the rows (Common Anode) and the other the blue columns. The rows are multiplexed one at a time at a high frequency faster than the human eye can perceive to enable the 16 outputs from the 74HC595N's to control the 64 LED's.
Will add another 2 shift registers to control the green and red columns next.
