A friend of mine tragically killed himself many years ago. This song was playing when he was found. His name ? Pete Marriott. I still think about him all these years later. He was a decent guy who was lonely and had just suffered yet another rejection from a girl (Pete wasn't good with the other sex).
R I P my friend. God bless you Don for this song.
