I recommend [if you do not have work or do not intend to play] drinking a glass of herbal laxative tea at night, and then RIGHT when you wake up in the morning do the sea salt flush. you will, i repeat, WILL be going to the bathroom for the next two to four hours.

    If u squeeze the lemon using a juicer,u will only use 2 to 3 lemons a day. Cuz I get 10 tbs from one lemon, that's 5 enough for 5 cups n u only drink 8 to 10 cups a day.
