Air Alert Progression 2

yeah, its bent over, i just wanted to show that air alert improved my jump

the goal is bent over its like 9ft

i did 10 weeks of aa3 im going to start aa2 next week. its alot quicker and should give me a good gain. good work on ur progress

can you do 2 hand dunk?

WRONG I"m on my 3ed week and I just jump no technique involved just muscle memory or should I say fast twitching muscles got well faster.

could you barely dunk before you started using air alert?

yeah man exactly jumping needs technique! u can see my vids too, It will help I suppose

yeah well not certain way but its all about technique, ppl fink if they just do air alert they will jump higher, but they are wrong, air alert will greatly help dont get me wrong but if you havent got technique you aint gonna get far. alot people can dunk but the only fing holding them back is theyre technique. so i would reccomend that people with bad technique go out and practice and watch some other dunkers and or other good jumpers and ask them for tips.

yeah, thats because i didnt know how to jump properly....

that was crazy . from week 1to 4 was a big improvement
