    yeah well not certain way but its all about technique, ppl fink if they just do air alert they will jump higher, but they are wrong, air alert will greatly help dont get me wrong but if you havent got technique you aint gonna get far. alot people can dunk but the only fing holding them back is theyre technique. so i would reccomend that people with bad technique go out and practice and watch some other dunkers and or other good jumpers and ask them for tips.
