The Manta Ray Night Dive on Big Island, Hawaii is consistently voted to be one of the top 10 dives in the world. At night, along the coast, manta rays congregate to feed. As thick clouds of microscopic animals gather attracted to divers' lights, manta rays come to feed on this favorite food. With cavernous mouths opened wide, manta rays gracefully glide, pivot, and somersault as they feast.

Thanks, this is a great video of the dive that we did over Christmas off of Kona. Almost a religious experience diving with these animals! People sometimes don't realize that the average wingspan of these Mantas are from 10 to 16 feet across!

We saw two on our dive, and I see from their markings that both are here in this video including Captain Kirk.
