To discount his story and discredit him? To make him out to be your typical everyday hoaxer? The real video hasn't been shown yet on TV, that snapshot is all that has been released so far. Scientists, Ufologists and Skeptics are still analyzing the real deal.
I mean, Jesus Christ, compare the window of the official snapshot to that of the reenactment video. Notice anything? Mainly two different windows? HOLY CRAP .... not.
