    gusher94 this should increase flexibility in legs and it would probably help you a little in vertical leap. After doing these video series I am getting in great shape in lower body, my thighs are tight and calf is nice just need to work on glute lol.

    In my experience yes. There are about 4exercises in the 8 min arms series that focus on the shoulder area. I use 20 lbs dumbells each arm and my arms, pecs, and shoulders are bigger and defined now.
    My legs are also taking a nice shape, my thighs and butt haven't looked this good in my life :)

    1st of all, u cnt expect to be buff stuff from doing these 8 min exercises. What these 8 min programs do is tone & condintion ur muscles. many techniques are shown which is very important; its not about how much you can lift etc. if u wana six pack but cnt see it, do sum cardio bout 3 times a week to lose weight to see them. if u do these exercises right n do more cardiovascular excersises (running, cycling, aerobics), you'll get a very good, nice toned body! everyday for a few months = result!
