afer63 that is so sad. I had a sister that was playing a guitar in her room when she claims that she saw and heard the ghost of our dad. He commited suicide years before. I didn't see the ghost at the time but she was acting too scared to be joking with me. He used to play the guitar too.

You should play the tape and listen for your mom's voice... It might say something different to you this time!
I lost my best friend and partner of 8 years to suicide about 6 months ago. I still call his cellphone and listen to his voice on the outgoing message.

Ironically, the song is called "The Ghost in You" (she don't fade)...hopefully that will apply to her voice...That is a sweet story.

That is a really sweet story. I have old tapes of my Grandfather talking to me as a kid. You should definately get it out of storage and play it!

Its the way they were made, when my mum did that, it was early in the morning so she didnt pick up voices or cars on the tape, i had the same thing happen, My dad came out telling me to stop the music ( or something like that) and It came through on the tape as far as i know hehe.
