1974 at the California Jam, Ozzy seems to have a real good time. Other artists performing were Eagles, Seals & Crofts, Black Oak Arkansas, Earth Wind & Fire, Rare Earth and the two headliners Deep Purple and Emerson Lake & Palmer
I figured it was 74' due to Tony's haircut

By Robertoroboto [Affiliate User] 1200830707 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveThis show is awsome. But its just kind of odd being at a black sabbath show and there is a freakin rainbow on stage. I know this was a festival concert and the hippie thing was big back then. But black sabbath hates hippies and they should have said when we go on stage the rainbow goes off.

By bobtheslayer [Affiliate User] 1200344313 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveSabbath in their prime! Zeppelin have released excellent dvds with remastered sound and picture. I hope Sabbath gets around to releasing this great footage on dvd, along with the 1970 paris show, and the don kirschener rock hour.

By fasteddie777666 [Affiliate User] 1200119106 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveI almost missed this. One of the kids in my class said to me "Don't forget to watch the California Jam tonight" and I said "Huh? Whazzat?". Glad I tuned in (it was on TV live for several nights). One of the best concerts ever. Huge Sabbath fan but I liked ELP the most (big Carl Palmer fan at the time).
Jim Dandy to the rescue! (jeez - I remember that concert like it was yesterday...)
