    Just 2 member sof Booker T. & The MG's were in both Blues Brothers movies. The bassist: Donald "Duck" Dunn and the guitarist: Steve Cropper. In fact, in the song "Soul Man," when Sam says, "Play it, Steve" he was talking to the guitarist. It also helps that Steve Cropper co-wrote "Soul Man."
