You have nullified any point that you were trying to make by the use of those racist and sexist remarks. The police officer was found to be at fault because he made terrible decisions on the scene and due to the brutality he COMMITTED on this lady.

For all she knew, her father could have been dying! You'll be singng a far different tune when YOU gotta get to a family member in the hospital.

Her father lived. But if he died, trust me... the gangbangers would have seen to it that the officer died, too.

Officers like that are clearly not fit to live.

No wonder I have no respect for the police. Even if she broke the law, I DON'T CARE. She was trying to reach her father, who could have been DYING!

that fine police officer did everything right and that low life criminal skank was wrong. she was breaking the law driving like a maniac and could've killed someone. there was nothing she could have done for her half dead father. that officer should've received a reward for his execellent police work. he should've slammed that cracker honky b*tch head into the windshield and hauled her stupid ass to jail where she belongs...hahaha

Well, while I have to agree that the officer certainly should have pulled her over, since she was breaking the law, I think he handled the matter very much the wrong way. There was no need to manhandle her, or to insult/aggrivate her by making comments about how she was going to jail and wasnt going to see her father. There was a time when she would have gotten escorted there, now she gets yanked from her car, bodyslammed, and insulted. Rediculous.

I do see that the cop was a bit of an asshole, but the woman was speeding! Why didn't she stop in the first place and tell the officer that her father had a heart attack? She was putting other people's lives in danger.

if it was your father your tune will change, you probably stand behind Bush as well becouse it's not your son dieing in the war. the cop could of taken her to her father. he should be looking for work elsewhere

fear614 continuation - The "Life Support System" for a TRAFFIC cop is his/her ticket book - without it, he is like a Marine without his rifle. Police officers are authorized to be "flexible" - a TRAFFIC cop is not! His/her primary goal is to write as many tickets as possible during his/her shift for the purpose of "CAREER ENHANCEMENT" - that's the two words that replaced the obsolete word for QUOTA.

fear614, this is in response to a post you made 2 hours ago. We can only ASSUME the lady was going as fast as the officer indicated - he might have used his "closing speed" to EXAGGERATE her speed. Have you EVER had a speeding ticket? If so you should know that your "judge and jury" is the traffic cop - i this case, the cop PRE-JUDGED this woman before he ever got her license and registration. Tickets are all about money and are the "bread and butter" of most traffic cops.

this was a life/death scenario. she wasn't contesting the speeding ticket - she broke the law, BUT she also outlined the situation to the officer & he REFUSED to help, so she made off on her own towards the hospital parkinglot, and rightfully so

He was doing his job. She was speeding, almost double the speed limit, and she was risking her own life, and the lives of everyone else on the road. Speed limits are posted for a REASON, and she was pulled over for a REASON. She decided to run before the officer even had a chance to get out of the car with her ticket, and she went to jail. Her own fault.
