you guys are ridiculousss. the movie isn't true. when they say "based on true events" it means that it is a compilations of real stories, and then they went hollywood on it.

if anything, it was probably based on the manson murders. the blood on the walls, the rural setting. pretty similar

I have seen most scary movies and it was well done. Lots of jumping and good music. It made you feel like this really did happen. Great mask's on the evil people!!!! Go and see it It was a good scary movie. If its not gorry enough see INSIDE movie!

for the people that think this movie is fake and bullshit and laughing about it....its based on true events....look who will be laughing when strangers will visit your house. Haha

the WORST scary movie i have ever seen.

shitty ass movie,the only scary part is when they do the things where they just pop up and the chick screams,lol,but it was like someone took things from stuff they thought was scary and threw it all together and somebody wrote some chickenscratch and told them to say it.
