When I wrote, "How can you compare a war to a 15 year old's music?" I was referencing Miley Cyrus herself, not the audience.

I see your point about the "human element" part now, but this little debate of ours is just getting old. How about we just agree to disagree? You think Miley Cyrus is not a true musician, and well, neither do I honestly, but I do think that she's got some talent within her.

And now I'm off to see where the labyrinth that is youtube takes me.

I'm not going to extremes. I may be exaggerating a little bit, but that's just the way I write.

I mean is that it sounds mechanical, over processed, generic... It's hard to explain... Jimmy Hendrix's music is a good example of the human element.

Look at the people commenting they are not only 15 years olds. They are 21, 26, 30 etc. I didn't compare this to a war, but to a country which was brainwashed by people in power.

All I'm saying is that I don't like her music because (1) it is over processed (i.e. it lacks the human element), and (2) it is one of the very most basic forms of music (i.e. just about any band could have written it).

The only reason people listen to this is because Disney is powerful enough to convince people it is good. A lot like what happened in Germany during WWII. 5-10 years from now none will be listening to any of her songs, because Disney will be pushing something else.

You claim that you don't care and that you're baffled that millions listen to "music" such as this. I'm 15, and I can say for myself that I don't really care for Miley Cyrus, sure I listen to her every now and then, but all I'm saying is, what does it matter how "bad" or how good she is? She's doing what she loves and she's entertaining quite a number of people, giving them what they want.

By the way, I'm not trying to be rude, I actually like it when others can counteract my arguement.

I really don't care, I'm simply baffled at the fact that millions of people listen to this, and it's not just girls under the age of 14. It's not simply that I don't like it I can respect some bands I don't like, but it is lacking talent. This could be compared to adults listening to Barney from your prospective. Sorry people. DisneyChannel doesn't make real music. It's over processed, just like everything else that they make, and it is lacking any instrumental talent. There are a reasons kids play this song. Not that I care if you do listen to them, but I can't understand why anyone would want to. In under a decade we will have computers that could produce this without any challenge.
