Here's some info: before 1991, the USSR was an ultra-conservative country where AIDS simply didn't exist as neither did prostitution, strip bars or F*gs (much unlike the US where sexual activity was at it's highest). After 1991, thanks to Yankee "liberalism" the country went downhill.
