you are a universalist....which is so far off on the hermeneutical look of the bible that you are probally not saved....you are what the bible teaches as the one that is hardened or the one that has the vail over his eyes...

Okay, but look at what you quoted..."who are BEING saved". People are not saved in an instant, but are saved over a lifetime. I'm sorry, but I do not see what the 1 Corinthians reference has to do with the 1 Timothy reference. There is no reference to a "general call". What 1 Tim. says is what it MEANS.

Quickly, in regards to I Tim 4:10, the general call to salvation is for all people, but as the same author, Paul, states in I Corinthians 1:18, "The message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God."
