There is not much difference in both version of Ghajini. Change of main character in Hindi version brings: Amir, Ziah & Tinu. Scenes & Dialogues are 95% the same.
I would recommend to watch both version to compare both version. Both of them are good.
I believe, director focused mainly on Amir, instead of working more on Ghajini. Its different in Telegu+Tamil version where twin of Ghajini introduced not as regular thug in Hindi version. They are smarter, stronger, etc.
