  • When i do neck ...

When i do neck press i think chest, not triceps.

Likewise chins,i think back and never get sore in biceps.

    You still need isolation exercises.

  • if you do any heavy ...

if you do any heavy bench press or overhead
pressing movement, plus curl grip chins or pulldowns, then you do not need
    any direct arm work.

  • heavy lifts with ...

heavy lifts with light 100 reps sets once in a while is useful. That said, heavy singles are the "single" most effective training method. Bodybuilders are full of bs; they look like that becuz of steroids, not volume.
Train like the really strong guys: powerlifters, olympic style lifters and strongmen. WEIDER is crap- power is the way to go.

  • In my view, heavy ...

In my view, heavy singles for squats, deadlifts, standing presses, bench presses, pulldowns, and even curls are the best for both strength and size. For people who need the pump, a very small amount of volume work, not much, is snough for hypertrophy. If you can do pyramid singles in a rack safely, they are the best. Mentzer's rest-pause is a variation of this. High volume per se does not work, alhotugh interspersing heavy

  • Ray Mentzer was so ...

Ray Mentzer was so strong that be could do a set of 10 reps with 390 on the leg extension, one leg at a time. He could also curl the stack with one arm on the Nautilus Omni-bicep machine, and Bill Pearl could not do that with two arms!

  • these people have ...

these people have an agenda by discrediting these vids so you go back to high volume training, witch in turn means you bye more protein, more sups its a con, the bottom line is that high intensity with a good natural diet is the key 300 grams of protein per day with complex carbs its as simple as that.

  • 2 years doing 4 set ...

2 years doing 4 set of 8 to 10 reps with very little gains, i then stubeld apon this video and trust me it works the fact is you are doing volume, but your spreeding it over 4 day so insteed of doeing for sets of 10 onece a week your doing 1 set of ten 4 times over a week the benefit of this is that the muscle fibers you may have missed on the first day u get then on the following day, they say that it takes 5 days to recover from a high voume work out thats beacuse your over training

  • Roids like Vince ...

Roids like Vince Brown? You are a simpleton if you really think genetics, nutrition, rest, lifestyle and training play no part.
Let's just all get a prescription, stay at home and become Mr Olympia right?

  • I only do the same ...

I only do the same four exercises on the same order like in the Consolidatin routine. I have not claimed that everything he said is bullshit, just the notion of training to failure all the time and that volume is something negative.

MM was very good at marketing and making money. To think people bought into this HIT thing as being responsible for his outragous mass. It was roids people, thats what made him sooo big. People today will buy a brand of whey protein cause Jay Cutler says its what made the difference in his last competition. What makes the difference is a very large well used syringe lol.
