    Great exercise. I do agree with that. However, I find most people are unable to do deep squats properly. They lean too far forward, knees buckle in, and their heels come off the ground. Once they build up the glutes more I transition them into deep squats. I prefer they be able to complete a perfect deadlift first before doing a deep squat. Now that is a perfect but move too if done correctly.
