These are my horses. The paint is Adanvdo, which means spirit in Cherokee. The mountain pony is Rocky. They arrived here with me recently. It is obvious that these horses have been abused at some time in their life. I do not believe in this. Horses are not something you own, they are companions and should be treated with respect. Here you will see that together, both Rocky and I are working on the issue of him trusting me being a human. When I show him my hands, I am telling him that I will never use them to strike out at him. I have been working with him since he arrived and in the part 2 video you will see his response to me.
