A gas station clerk is upset that he was fired after he was robbed. Nick, who didn't want his last name used, was working at the Phillips 66 station on 69th Street just west of Interstate 35 in Merriam. Surveillance tape from Saturday morning showed an armed robber entering the store and demanding money. "I gave the guy the money. I didn't want to get shot," Nick told KMBC's Micheal Mahoney.
