3) If your change is 15$ to give back....ten dollar note and then 2 2dollar coins and a one dollar coin....ALWAYS BREAK UP YOUR CHANGE
I am in sydney and i freepour it is all dependant on your management....if they let you free pour make sure you know what pourers you are using....2 second or 3 second pours....what you can do is test yourself by pouring into the jugger....if you count 2 second to fill the shot then you have a 2 second pourer if 3 then 3.

Thanks for your feedback. And yes, bartenders have different ways of doing things. My style is a mixture of things that I've picked up working on the East and West coast in the US. I'm always looking for ways to work faster and earn more tips.

a very good vid the only problem for me was your first tip because when pouring spirits we have to pour them into a measurin shot cup before going in the glass so we dont waste stock that mite jus be in england which is where i live
