    By far the best performance of this piece on youtube. It is not just of matter of the technical difficulty but of maintaining a line and continuity through the entire piece. Wonderful control of the flow and dynamic markings. More over-stated than menuhin performance (difference in interpretation) and more understated than the others who tend to just bang it out loudly and feel glad they got it out. Masterful effort - shows Heifitz as a technical, interpretive and expressive master.
